HAB-Panel: Sprache der Uhr einstellen?

Im HAB-Panel gibt es das Widget "Uhr". Bisher habe ich problemlos die analoge Anzeige des Widgets genutzt. Jetzt wollte in einem anderen Fenster die digitale Uhr zur Anzeige von Wochentag und Datum nutzen. Leider wird der Wochentag immer in Englisch angezeigt.
Offenbar nutzt das Widget Uhr intern AngularJS. Die gewünschte Anzeige muss zumindest im AngularJS-Format angegeben werden (bei mir z.B. EEE dd.MM.yyyy). Beim googeln fand ich den Hinweis, daß AngularJS die locale des Systems nutzt.
Meine ioBroker-Installation läuft unter Debian, welches vollständig auf Deutsch eingestellt ist.
Woher kommt also die englische Darstellung des Wochentages? Gibt es eine Möglichkeit die Anzeige auf Deutsch zu konfigurieren?
