Suche Außenlampe mit Kamera OHNE Cloudzwang

Hallo liebes Forum,
ich bin auf der Suche nach einer ansprechenden Außenlampe mit Kamera
(und ggfs. Bewegungsmelder).
Aber bitte keine Cloud-Lösung, sondern etwas mit einer gut
dokumentierten API. Ich möchte per Raspberry pi da Befehls hinsenden
können, wie z.B. mache ein Bild, oder schalte die Lampe an/aus. Oder
aber auch etwas empfangen, wie z.B. der Bewegungsmelder hat ausgelöst.
Oder aber auch einen Livestream aufnehmen. Gibt es sowas? Bisher habe
ich nur ClosedSource Lösungen und CloudAnwendungen gefunden :-(
