Szene zum starten von LG TV und verzögert 1und1 tv App

die Szene wird über Alexa gestartet. Das funktioniert.
Über den Broadlink Adapter schaltet der Fernseher ein. Funktioniert (falls fragen aufkommen, nein, geht nicht anders)
Da der LG Adapter erkennt verzögert, dass der Fernseher an ist. Also soll dann die 1und1 App 10 s verzögert gestartet werden. Macht die Scene aber nicht, sondern setzt den Wert sofort, was natürlich nichts bringt, da der Fernsehe noch nicht erreichbar ist. Verstehe ich die Verzögerung falsch und funktioniert das einfach nicht?
