- How to buy this license
- "The license is forever valid for version 1.x." does this mean that for version 2.x we would have to buy another license?

Yes if there will be released a v2.x and you want to use it offline you have to buy it sepperatly.

The license is for the vis-adapter running on the ioBroker server.
This server can be reached by as many front-ends you likehope i didn't misunderstand you
