Neuer Schalter wird nicht erkannt, aber schaltet alle Geräte

Hallo,
ich hab diesen Schalter neu.
Leider kann ich in ConBee 2 auf meinem RasPi nicht einbinden. Was muss ich da tun? Welche Daten muss ich mitteilen, damit es unterstützt wird. Oder wo kann man nachschauen?
Nun ist es aber so, dass der Schalter beim betätigen alle meine Lampen ausschaltet. Einfach so. Alle Lichter und alle Steckdosen.
Man hab ich mich gewundert. Kommt das oft vor? Eventuell stimmt da mit der Frequenz etwas nicht.Was empfiehlt ihr mir?
