Erkennung neuer States im JS

Hallo zusammen, gerne würde ich über meine Netatmo neue unbekannte Gesichter alarmieren. Hierzu habe ich folgenden Selector
$("netatmo.0.Zuhause.Persons.Unknown.*.last_seen")
Objektstruktur wie folgt:
Wie erkenne ich, wenn nur neue Objekte eingefügt werden? Das löschen soll hier kein Event auslösen?
Ich bin bis jetzt davon ausgegangen, das der * alle IDs abdeckt und ich so bei einem Update ein entsprechendes Event auslösen kann. Dies funktioniert jedoch leider nicht wie gedacht …
Kann mir da jemand helfen?
