Is there any way to turn windows tablet screen on when people come close?

I have wrote an adapter ioBroker.turn-on-screen that can turn screen on when it got a state change event.
This adapter can work on OSX, and the dependency robot.js work normal on Windows tablet.
But the adapter can not work on Windows tablet.

Is there any way else can achieve this purpose?
