Blockly- Hm Einbau Taster- Hue Szenen umschalten

Hallo zusammen,
bräuchte einmal hilfe bei meinem blockly, funktioniert nicht so wie ich mir das vorstelle.
Ich möchte folgendes:
-wenn Hue aus sind beim ersten mal drücken des An Schalters die Lampen in einer fixen Szene einschalten (funzt)
-wenn Hue schon an sind und nochmal gedrückt wird einen Zähler hochzählen und abhängig davon Szenen durchschalten (funzt nicht)
Nach meiner fehleranalyse weil in dem markierten prüfe Teil, immer eine 1 rauskommt.
Verstehe nur nicht warum, jemand nen Tipp was ich falsch mache?
