Kann Harmony-Adapter nicht installieren

Hi
Ich habe ioBroker auf einem Win10 32 Bit. Wenn ich den Adapter installieren will kommt diese Fehlermeldung:

Git ist installiert und liegt im PATH$. Kann Git auch über die Konsole starten. Trotzdem noch die Fehlermeldung
