Abwesendheit und benachrichtigung über Pushover

Hallo zusammen,
komme gerade nicht weiter.
habe ein Blockly Script fertig was funktioniert und zwar wenn meine Frau und ich nicht zuhause sind sollen die Geräte abschalten. Ist einer doch noch zuhause und der andere nicht bleiben die Geräte an.
Jetzt mein Problem möchte per Pushover benachrichtigt werden wenn keiner mehr zuhause ist und die Geräte sind abgeschaltet.
Siehe Bild.
Weiß nicht wo ich den Block(1) hinsetzen muss bei (2)oder ob noch etwas fehlt.
