Telegram Adapter v1.15.2 - kein Nachrichtenversand möglich

Hallo zusammen,
ich habe auf meiner neuen Ubuntu VM unter Proxmox das Problem, dass der Adapter zwar verbindet aber keine Messages versendet. Wenn ich mich per Smartphone in den Chat verbinde und eine Nachricht sende, sehe ich diese im iob Log.
Auf meinem "Altsystem" ist das Log um den Versand der Willkommensnachricht ergänzt. So sehen die jeweiligen Debug Logs aus.Alt:

Selbstverständlich habe ich bei den Test den Adapter immer nur auf einem System aktiv gehabt, wenn ich das Andere getestet habe. Ferner habe ich einen separaten, neuen Bot zum Testen erstellt. Hier kommt es zu den gleichen Ergebnissen. Auch ein Downgrade auf eine Ältere Version des Adapters hat keine Verbesserung gebracht.
