      Hello Mickym,

as I'm using your node in node red.
Today I'd change a name of a node for Alexa, and now I've message under the node "Device limit Reached"
As it was juste to change the name and as I had already change some name, I supposed that the old name stay somewhere but I didn't find where.

In My Alexa accounet I'd deleted everything but still same problem and know only 7 node are connected, all the reste have the same message "Device limit reached"
In total I've about 34node with different name.

Can you help me to solve this?
      Thanks a lot.

@tiger Sorry - when I recommended the node - it was just for free - but with version 3 - the license model has changed - so only 7 devices are free - If you still want to use the node up to 200 devices you need to upgrade to the pro version.

          I'm trying to do.
But, Once I'd upgrade Node-red, Pallette is not shown as before to install or remove some node...
Do you know how to have it back?
can you inform me about the price? and if it's paid once or yearly?
          thanks a lot.

@tiger Sorry - but I have here no details - as I personally do not use Alexa.

https://flows.nodered.org/node/node-red-contrib-virtual-smart-home and then in the configuration node you should be able to upgrade.

Please consider the NOTE at the end as well:

            NOTE
The permitted use of the VSH package is limited to human-triggered interactions with Alexa and infrequent synronizations of device states (e.g. for sensor data, such as thermostat). Any setup that leads to excessive data traffic between the VSH client and its backend is strictly forbidden and will lead to permanent blocking of the user's account.

Devices that have not been online for 30 days will be permanently deleted without prior warning. Their certificates will be invalidated and can no longer be used to connect virtual devices.

Accounts without any activity for 60 days will also be deleted and can no longer be used to control virtual devices.

@tiger Have you selected to use palette-manager in adapter config?
