Hallo Gemeinde,

möchte euch fragen wie das am Raspi funktioniert, ich habe leider kein Wissen zu Linux.
Muss dieser Stick vorbereitet werden (mount, formatiert) ?
wie lautet dann das Ablageverzeichnis für die History?

Anleitung. USB-Sticks sind in der Regel mit FAT32 formatiert, was beibehalten werden kann.

Zum Testen einen USB-Stick einstecken, folgende Datei erzeugen und speichern.

nano /media/usb/test.txt

Hallo! Ich bin mir nicht ganz sicher, als welcher Benutzer iobroker auf dem Raspi läuft. Sollte aber der Benutzer "iobroker" sein. Der braucht dann die Berechtigung auf den USB-Stick zu schreiben. Der wird aber vermutlich den Benutzer "pi" haben. Das kommt alles darauf an, wie das System eingerichtet ist. Man kann die Rechte des USB-Sticks oder auch seines Mountpoints mit

ls -ldh /Pfad/Datei

abfragen. Wichtig dabei ist zu wissen, dass Linux alles als Datei handhabt. Geräte sind auch nur Dateien.

Wenn der USB-Stick dauerhaft am Raspberry angeschlossen ist und nur für iobroker verwendet wird, dann kann man als admin mit dem Befehl

chown iobroker /Pfad/(Datei-als-das-der-USB-Stick-gemountet ist)

die "Datei" USB-Stick an den Benutzer "iobroker" vergeben. Dann kann der darauf schreiben.

Dumme Frage: Warum das Ganze? Wieso schreibst du nicht auf die SD-Karte? Hat die weniger Lese-Schreib-Zyklen als ein USB-Stick?

Noch was: Wenn ich auf einem System Linux laufen habe, würde ich den USB-Stick, wenn er nur da verwendet wird, auch mit einem der Standard-Dateisysteme von Linux formatieren. Die können alle Rechte handhaben. Das sind z.B. ext 2, ext3 oder ext4. Windows-Dateisysteme können Linux-Benutzer und -Rechte nicht richtig handhaben.

Was anderes wäre es, wenn du mit einem USB-Stick Dateien zwischen Linux und Windows transportieren wolltest.
