Okay also ich hab auf einem USB-Stick einen frisch installierten IObroker. Dort hab ich mal fix den Lg Adapter installiert und es kommt direkt die Meldung auf dem TV ob ich das Gerät zulassen will.
Was kann ich nun machen, dass das auch wieder von meinem System funktioniert, was ich eigentlich in Betrieb habe?

Instanz löschen
Adapter deinstallieren
unter /opt/iobroker/iobroker-data/lgtv_0/ das lgtvkeyfile löschen
reboot
Adapter installieren und instanz neu anlegen
starten
geht
