UPDATE 31.10.: Amazon Alexa - ioBroker Skill läuft aus ?

For hours trying to figure what is going wrong here. Uninstalled and reinstalled VIS with all depencencies but the problem continues to exist:
All works ok until I want to add a new widget that is nr w00300 or higher. Then connection gets lost and those widgets are not saved anymore. If I delete a few, than adding/modifying is no problem at all. What can be the cause of this?

I'm using stable releases and all adapters are updated to the latest versions. And further:
js controller: 4.0.23
NPM: 8.15
node.js: v16.17.0
Raspberry pi 4, 8GB RAM , 32GB SD

Hope someone can help me with this because I'm totally stuck at the moment :(
