Lovelace über Cloud Pro nicht erreichbar

Hallo zusammen,
habe mir heute vormittag die Pro Lizenz gekauft. Es hat alles reibungslos funktioniert, bis auf Lovelace. Ich bekomme folgende Fehlermeldung:
Hat jemand eine Idee woran das liegen könnte? Hab mich soweit an die Anleitung gehalten und keine Authentifizierung etc aktiviert.
