TP-Link Kasa Smart Glühbirnen Adapter

Hallo liebe IO-Broker Com,
ich habe eine Frage zum TP-Link Kasa Adapter, mit dem sich die HS100 und HS110 Steckdosen problemlos steuern lassen. Gibt es auch für die Smarten Glühbirnen einen Adapter beispielsweise die LB 100-130 und die neuen Filament Birnen KL50 und KL60? Kann diese nur über den Adapter an und Ausschalten. Leider nicht die Helligkeit ändern, wenn ich sie über Apple Homekit integriere.
Hag da jemand eine Idee?
