Alexa / IoT / Cloud Adapterproblem

    Hallo liebe Community !

    Adapterstand wie folgt:

    Admin 4.2.1
    Alexa2 (AmazonEcho) 3.9.1
    Cloud Connection 4.0.11
    IoT Assistant 1.8.22

    Ich habe seit geraumer Zeit das Problem, dass bei einem Sprachbefehl an Alexa diese mir mit der Meldung
    "Hmm, ich kann XY nicht finden. Bitte gehe in deine Alexa App und aktiviere den Skill erneut."
    quittiert.

    So, dieses Problem habe ich JEDEN Tag. Hierbei gehe ich dann tatsächlich in die AlexaApp, deaktiviere den Skill, aktiviere ihn wieder, gebe meine ioBroker.pro Daten ein und des Ding verbindet sich wieder.

    Nach einem akustischem Test -> "Alexa, schalte xy ein" funktioniert dies dann wieder unter der Voraussetzung das der "Cloudadapter" (Cloud.0) noch verbunden (Grün) und nicht Gelb ist. Denn dieser wird Zeitgleich wie mir aufgefallen ist, wie der Skill
    aus dem Amazonsystem geworfen. Und das passiert mittlerweile anscheinend mehrfach am Tag !

    Ich muss dann jedesmal die Zertifikate neu über den IoT Adapter (iot.0) laden und den Cloudadapter dann neu starten, dann funktionieren beide wieder und Alexa macht das was sie soll.

    Es gibt mittlerweile genügend Meldungen über solche Probleme.

    Besteht die Möglichkeit, dem IoT Adapter eine automatisiertes ReNew zu verpassen, dass er, wenn Cloud sagt "Nicht verbunden", automatisch ein Neuladen der Zertifikate auslöst ?
    Das löst aber immer noch nicht das dann entstandene Skill Problem, denn der muss nach wie vor auch das neue Zertifikat mit der Neuanmeldung erhalten, also manuelle deaktiviert, aktiviert und neu verbunden werden...

    Auch gibt es in den Objekten bei mir leider keine Geräte mehr angezeigt. Meldungen welche an die Alexas gesendet werden sollen, verlaufen somit ins leere und geben ne Fehlermeldung aus da das Produkt nicht mehr im Adapter aufscheint. Leider hat da Amazon anscheinend, eine für sie vermutliche "Sicherheitslücke" geschlossen.

    Kann jemand von den leitenden Personen bzw den freiwilligen Programmierern hier im Forum meinen Gedankengang verfolgen ?

    AKTUALISIERUNG mit 19:13 Uhr !

    Es ist soeben wieder aufgetreten das der Cloud Adapter wieder gelb war und Alexa nicht mehr auf Spracheingabe reagierte.
    Ein aktualisieren des Cloudadapters brachte keinen erfolg... er blieb gelb... Alexa meinte ->
    Hmm, ich kann XY nicht finden. Bitte gehe in deine Alexa App und aktiviere den Skill erneut
    Ich habe dann den "IOT ANMELDEINFORMATION NEU ERSTELLEN" Button gedrückt, der IoT Adapter startet neu und holt sich hierbei die Daten, und danach den Cloud Adapter nur aktualisiert.
    Dieser sprang nach Neustart von Gelb auf Grün.
    Als das passiert ist, habe ich erneut die Frage gestellt: Alexa, schalte Licht Vorraum ein.
    Antwort: Hmm ich kann Licht Vorraum nicht finden. Bitte gehe in deine... BlaBlaBla...

    Ich bin dann in die AlexaApp und habe diese entkoppelt, neu verbunden und die iobroker.pro daten eingegeben und die App sagte verbunden.

    Danach SOFORT wieder die Frage gestellt: Alexa schalte Licht Vorraum ein.
    Sie antwortete mit: OK -> und aktivierte den Aktor...

    Liegt wie ich das sehe eindeutig an Amazon das Problem...

      Hi,
      ich habe das mit dem Alexa-Adapter aufgegeben. Ich nutze jetzt ein Script auf dem Rechner, das hat geht mit 2-Factor und braucht damit keine manuellen Eingriffe.

        ich habe das mit dem Alexa-Adapter aufgegeben. Ich nutze jetzt ein Script auf dem Rechner, das hat geht mit 2-Factor und braucht damit keine manuellen Eingriffe.

          Hi,
          ich habe das mit dem Alexa-Adapter aufgegeben. Ich nutze jetzt ein Script auf dem Rechner, das hat geht mit 2-Factor und braucht damit keine manuellen Eingriffe.

          Anleitung:

          für das Skript.
          Ansteuerung aus ioBroker:
          Hier mal z.B. als Blocky
          die Variable vAlexaSprich als Text anlegen.
          Wenn du die setzt sagt Alexa den Text. Bei mehreren Alexa´s musst du das erweitern. Mit dem Skript geht alles was man so aus Alexa rauskitzeln kann.

          dauernder Recherche und Instandhaltung kostet...

            Hi,

            kann ich verstehen, deshalb habe ich den Adapter auch nicht mehr im Betrieb. Ich versuche deshalb in ioBroker auch nur die Sachen zu machen die nicht lebensnotwendig sind. Der Rest läuft auf der CCU (Homematic).

            Schön bei ioBroker sind halt die Skripte.
