      Ich war jetzt leider einige Zeit geschäftlich im Ausland, so dass ich meine Tests zuhause erst jetzt abschließen konnte.

      Um es kurz zu machen:

      Wir haben die Wallbox "rauf und runter" getestet, aber letztlich war der Fehler total simpel:

      Das Relais in unregelmäßigen Abständen und in "undefinierter" Position "hängengeblieben", so dass die Fahrzeuge irgendwann das Laden abgebrochen haben.

      Der Elektriker hat das Relais nun getauscht und siehe da, und alles funktioniert wieder planmäßig!

      @sneak-l8, vielen Dank für Deine Unterstützung, Dein Adapter ist genial!

      Wenn Du das bridge - Network für Docker verwendest wird das leider nicht funktionieren. Das gleiche Problem hatte ich auch.

      Du müsstest Docker auf der Synology auf macvlan umstellen. Z. B. so:

      Ich habe damals meinen iobroker stattdessen auf eine virtuelle Maschine umgezogen. Danach hat alles auf Anhieb funktioniert.

      Ich wollte mich nochmal zu dem Thema melden. Nach schier endlosen Versuchen den Keba Adapter auf der Synology mit Docker zum Laufen zu bekommen, habe ich das Thema nun begraben.

      Ich habe Deine Google Suchbegriffe erweitert und nach "broadcast udp docker" gesucht. Dabei habe ich mehrere Hinweise gefunden, dass es anscheinend Schwierigkeiten gab/gibt udp - Pakete in/aus Docker zu bekommen. Jedenfalls hat das, was da als potentieller Workaround angeboten wurde, meine Fähigkeiten bei Weitem überfordert.

      Ich hab das Ganze jetzt auf eine Ubuntu-VM der Synology umgezogen und da hat die Verbindung auf Anhieb geklappt. Jetzt fange ich an, den Adapter zu testen 😉

      Falls jemand eine Lösung finden sollte, den Adapter unter Docker zum Laufen zu bringen, wäre ich dennoch für Lösungsansätze dankbar.

      Vielen Dank an @sneak-l8 für den Bau des Adapters und Deine Hinweise!

      Ich stelle den Adapter auf Passivmodus.

      Danach steuere ich "von Hand" über die objects

      kecontact.0.enableUser
      auf true

      und dann über
      kecontact.0.currentUser
      den Strom in mA

      kecontact.0.x2phaseSwitch
      0 = 1-phasig
      1 = 3-phasig

      Ist das richtig? Oder gibt es noch andere Datenpunkte die ich "steuern" muss?

      Falls nein, versuche doch nochmal eine Phasenumschaltung "live" zu beobachten und berichte, was die Werte "state", "enableUser" und "currentUser" währenddessen machen. Evtl. auch enableSys, error1, error2 und p.

      Leider habe ich von den von Dir genannten Werten nur "p" aufgezeichnet. Zusätzlich habe ich noch den "x2phaseSwitch" "historisiert".

      Ich würde jetzt mal diese Werte über die History tracken:

      Ich habe mir das eChart von gestern mal angesehen:

      Auf der linken Skala ist die Leistung angetragen, auf der rechten Seite der Phasenswitch (0=1-phasig, 1=3-phasig). Das heißt, die grau hinterlegte Kurve ist dreiphasig. Erkennt man aber ja auch schon an den Werten. Anscheinend zeichnet er aber bei der Leistung die 0 Werte nicht auf.
      Um 9.50 Uhr wurde das Laden ja abgebrochen (die fallende Linie). Dazwischen hat er immer wieder versucht auch 3-phasig PV-automatisch zu laden, aber da hatte das Fahrzeug ja den Ladevorgang bereits abgebrochen.

      Wenn ich das Bild so ansehen, habe ich das Gefühl, dass das 1-phasige Laden nicht funktioniert.

      Evtl. ist doch das Relais defekt???

      Kannst Du mir sagen, bis zu welcher Leistung 1-phasig geladen werden kann, und wie groß der Bereich beim 3-phasigen laden ist?

      Evtl. stoppe ich mal den Adapter und steuere die Leistung über die Keba - App und versuche die Leistung mal im 1-phasigen Bereich zu lassen, um dann zu erhöhen, dass 3-phasig geladen wird und umgekehrt. Dann kann ich vielleicht zumindest ausschließen, dass die Wallbox einen Defekt hat.

      Du dankst mir für die "tolle Beschreibung" ?!?

      Ich hab' Dir zu danken für den genialen Adapter und die Tatsache, dass Du Dich meines Problems annimmst!!! 👋

      Zumal ich vergessen hab' zu erwähnen, dass es sich bei meiner Wallbox um eine P30 C-Serie handelt. Und ja, der Phasenumschalter ist der Orginal Keba S-10, kein Nachbau.

      Um 08:00:22.479 habe ich den Mach-E abgesteckt und 12 Sek später, um 08:00:34.802 den Born angesteckt.

      Nachdem ich dann gesehen hab', dass der Born den Ladevorgang wieder nicht startet, hab' ich über zwei "Schalter" die ich mir in die VIS gebaut hab', zuerst das Laden pausiert (08:58:47.161) und wieder gestartet, und dann (09:01:11.083) die PV-Automatik ausgeschaltet, in der Hoffnung, dass das Laden startet, was auch tatsächlich funktioniert hat, da das Laden tatsächlich begonnen hat.

      Um 09:44:37.881 habe ich dann wieder den PV-Automatik-Modus aktiviert, in der Hoffnung, dass es dann weiter funktioniert. Eine Zeitlang hat das auch funktioniert, um 09:49:37.755 will er dann wieder auf einphasiges Laden umstellen, aber da bleibt das ganze wieder hängen. Um 10:52:07.900 schaltet er wieder auf 3-phasig. Der Ladevorgang startet aber leider trotzdem nicht.

      Was das dann ist, weiß ich nicht 10:57:38.468 - error: kecontact.0 (3332) Error received from wallbox: TCH-ERR:X2 : not allowed now
      Das passiert dann einige Male.

      Um 13:10:29.985 schalte ich den Automatik - Modus wieder aus. Dann kommt noch ein paar Mal die Fehlermeldung Error received from wallbox: TCH-ERR:X2 : not allowed now

      Um 13:15:08.237 beginnt er dann tatsächlich wieder mit dem Ladevorgang. Warum auch immer?!? Auch das Umschalten auf den Automatik-Modus um 13:21:27.907 funktioniert dann weiter.

      Was ich komisch finde ist, dass ich letztes Jahr von Juni - Oktober ausschließlich mit 1p/3p geladen hab. In der Zeit habe ich nur den PV-Modus verwendet. Auch der S-10 Phasenswitch war von Anfang an installiert.

      Hat das Auto da vielleicht geladen, obwohl es im Log nicht ersichtlich ist?

      Das glaube ich ausschließen zu können, da der Born sofort in seinem VW-Connect-Adapter auf "Invalid" geht. Beim Mach-E bekomme ich sofort eine Meldung von der Ford App, dass der "Ladevorgang wegen eines Fehlers der Ladestation gestoppt wurde".

      Das 3-phasige Laden scheint ja auf jeden Fall zu funktionieren, da mir angezeigt wird, dass das Auto mit 11kW geladen wird. Kann es ein Problem sein, dass ich die Wallbox nicht auf 11kW limitiert habe? Theortisch könnte sie ja 22kW, aber die Fahrzeuge können das ja nicht.

      könntest Du mir mal auf die Sprünge helfen, bzgl. dem Verhalten des Adapters in bestimmten Situationen.

      Ich verwende den Adapter in der neuesten (stable) Version 2.1.0. mit folgenden Einstellungen:

      In letzter Zeit habe ich im photovoltaics automatic - Modus immer wieder die Situation, dass die Fahrzeuge (Cupra Born und Ford Mach-E) den Ladevorgang beenden und danach trotz restarting - Versuche des Adapters den Ladenvorgang nicht wieder aufnehmen. Mich beschleicht das Gefühl, dass es mit der Ansteuerung des Phasenswitch (Kecontact S10) zusammenhängen könnte, werde aber aus den Logs nicht richtig schlau. Ich wäre Dir sehr dankbar, wenn Du Dir die Logs mal anschauen könntest.

      Kann es sein, dass sich gegenüber vorherigen Adapterversionen in dieser Hinsicht etwas geändert hat? Bin mir da aber nicht sicher, da ich den Adapter in den letzten drei Monaten wetterbedingt überwiegend nicht im Automatikmodus benutzt habe. Zwischen Juli und Oktober 2023 hatte ich dieses Problem kein einziges Mal. Es kann aber ja auch sein, dass der Phasenswitch einen Defekt hat...

      Meine zweite Frage zum Verhalten des Adapters bezieht sich auf die mA - Regelungsschrittweite. In den Logs kann ich ja sehr schön nachverfolgen, dass er die Anpassung alle 30 Sekunden vornimmt. Die Schrittweiteneinstellung im Adapter habe ich im Standard belassen mit 500mA. Wenn ich mir die Logeinträge ansehe, sind die Sprünge aber regelmäßig größer als 500mA. Ist das richtig so oder verstehe ich da was falsch??? Bin kein Elektriker, nur Kaufmann... 😬 😉

      Vielen Dank für Deinen "Blockly für Dummies" Beitrag der mir schon sehr viel geholfen hat.

      Für ein Thema habe ich bisher noch keine schöne Lösung gefunden :

      Ich habe immer wieder die Herausforderung, dass ich mit mehreren verschiedenen (Zahlen-) Datenpunkten rechnen möchte:

      DP_1 + DP_2 - DP_3 + (DP_4/1000)
      z. B. um mehrere Stromverbraucher (ein DP_4 ist z.B. in Wh, alle anderen in kWh) zusammenzufassen und in einen neuen Datenpunkt zu schreiben.

      Bisher löse ich das, in dem ich zu dem einen DP_4 ein Alias erstelle und das Alias schon mit der Umrechnung in kWh anlege und dann mit "Summe über Liste" rechne.

      Aber wie würde ich dann z. B sowas am sinnvollsten und effizientesten bewerkstelligen? :

      (DP_1 + DP_2 - DP_3 + (DP_4/1000))/4

      Die Durchschnitt / gleitender Durchschnitt Ermittlung weiter oben habe ich gesehen. Mir geht es nur darum zu verstehen, ob ich hinsichtlich "komplexerer" Berechnungen etwas übersehen habe.

    • RE: Wiedermal die fertigmeldung für die Waschmaschine

      Darf ich mal fragen, wie ihr die Leistung eurer Waschmaschinen (und anderer Hausgeräte) erfasst?

      Hintergrund meiner Frage ist, dass ich das mit der Homematic IP Schaltmess-Steckdose (HMIP-PSM-2) machen wollte. Aber ich habe das Gefühl, dass die für diese Aufgabe zu träge sind, bzw. übermitteln die Änderungen nicht regelmäßig genug.

      Vielleicht hab ich sie aber auch nur falsch eingestellt?!?
