Какие параметры можно задавать в поле minmax? и какой синтаксис?
Как ограничить максимальное и минимальное значение инкремента, декремента?

В зависимости от шага +1 или -1 можно указать "Минимум или максимум".
Если +1, то можно указать 10 и если значение уже 10 или больше, то ничего не произойдет. Если меньше, то увеличится.
Если -1, то можно указать 0 и если значение уже 0 или меньше, то ничего не произойдет.
