Werd das im Auge behalten, ist aber dermassen MÄCHTIG die gesamte ioBroker umgebung und die meisten User wissen das garnicht zu schätzen was ich hier immer wieder lesen muss...!
Und ihr steckt da so viel Zeit, Geld und Nerven trotzdem noch immer in das Projekt...

Kleiner Tipp - zumindest einen Versuch wert...
1.) Deaktiviere den iobroker.iot Skill auf deinem Smartphone.
2.) Deinstalliere die AlexaApp auf deinem Smartphone.
3.) Installiere die AlexaApp wieder auf deinem Smartphone und gib deine Amazon-Zugangsdaten neu ein. Somit meldet sich die App neu bei Amazon an...
4.) Gehe zu den Skills und installiere wieder den iobroker.iot Skill. (keinen anderen!!!)
5.) Gib bei der Registrierung wieder deine iobroker.pro Daten ein. (NICHT die von Amazon !!!)
6.) Im iobroker unter IOT Adapter, gehe auf "Neue Verbindungszertifikate anfordern", danach wenn Adapter wieder Online auf "IOT-Anmeldeinformation neu erstellen"
7.) Dann gehe wieder in der AlexaApp (besser am PC über alexa.amazon.com) in den Smarthome Bereich, ganz nach unten, und klicke auf "alle Geräte löschen"
8.) Danach klicke auf das + um "neue Geräte hinzufügen".
9.) Mit viel Glück, sind jetzt die gewünschten Geräte wieder da...
Wenn nicht, dann muss man nochmal tiefer in DEINE Materie eintauchen...

i know...aber wie du sagst, hat nix mit dem Adapter an sich zu tun...
Ich möcht dann nicht mal ein backup einspielen, da ich den fehler sonst mitnehme...
Das Interessante, ich schmeiss den AlexaAdapter runter, lösche ihn, er scheint auch nicht mehr als Installiert auf, installiere ihn neu, und hab dann GENAU die selben Fehlermeldungen mit der neuinstallation...
Das ganze hatte ich heut auch schon durchlaufen lassen... konnt aber nichts verhängnisvolles entdecken...
Einzig, die npm Version is a 9er... hab aber nodejs nach deiner anleitung neu installiert... dann war statt 8 plötzlich 9...
Was auch egal wäre, da der adapter schon vorher nicht lief...

Ich weiß, das kann alles und nichts sein...
Alle Adapter offizieller Stable stand.
Adapter wurde bereits gestoppt, gelöscht, system rebootet, adapter neu installiert, iob fix durchgeführt, gesamtes System ist auf stand (update/upgrade usw)...
Hab auch schon eine niedrigeren Versionstand ausprobiert... selbes ergebnis...
Cookie ist ebenfalls neu eingelesen.... Verzweiflung ist mittlerweile groß...
Was braucht ihr an infos um ungefähr deuten zu können wo ich noch suchen kann?
Auch der UI-Status ist mir neu... SO hab ich den noch nie gesehen...
Wo kann ich noch ansetzen?

Man darf das Thema dank "uv-on-fire" als abgeschlossen betrachten !
Er hat den Fehler lokalisiert denn es hat sich tatsächlich eine komponente 00089D89BA0E68 als verursacher herauskristalisiert.
Ein HMIP-FSM unserer Terassenbeleuchtung.
Dieser zeigte mir zwar an das er schaltet, mit zeitstempel, ohne fehlermeldung das auch alles ok sei, aber in wirklichkeit machte er nichts... dacht er wäre kleben geblieben. dann hab ich bemerkt das im dashboard keine spannug und keine frequenz angezeigt wurde... er aber so tut als würde er leben.
Hab ihm für 5 sekunden vom Netz getrennt und er war wieder da.
So wie er da war, waren alle störungen im HMIP Netz vorbei...
Da dürfte mir der AxxxH das gesamte HMip Netz gestört und runtergerissen haben.
Kann aber nicht nachvollziehen warum.
Somit war anscheinend die rpc schnittstelle auf der CCU2 blockiert, die RPC.1 Instanz für die HMIP Schnittstelle nicht zeitnah erreichbar und der iob hat sich nach der neuinstallation des Adapters dann nicht mehr vernünftig auf die CCU2 verbinden können...
Jetzt läuft alles ohne Fehlermeldung und ohne Zeitversatz ab.
Da dürft was in der CCU2 nicht passen mit den HMip Komponenten... die normeln HM bauteile reagieren sofort, die hmip brauchen, teilweise gehen sie garnicht... sieht wohl nach neuinstallation aus... 
Es wird also nicht der iob das problem gewesen sein, sondern die ccu2 ist es... man aht es nur so bemerkt das die HMip schnittstelle im iob zu spinnen begann...
na dann wird wohl ein hier noch liegender rpi die neue ccu werden.
Ich möchte mich bei euch auf jeden fall alle bedanken für eure zeit !!

DER Teil wird im Fenster nicht benutzt und ist fix, daher überblendet deiser teil die auswahlmöglichkeit.
erst wenn man scollt, dann sieht man das ganze fenster wobei der rote teil fix bleibt...Dass das ein nicht normales Verhalten ist, hast du doch bemerkt.
ne, weil ich nicht wusste das da noch was stehen sollte homoran... ich hab geklickt und es kamen nur 3 auswahlmöglichkeiten...
weil das fenster dann aus war.
durch zufall hab ichs gestern bemerkt das wenn die auflösung kleiner ist, plötzlich alle 6 möglichkeiten zur auswahl stehen...
ich kanns ned ändern... das ding rennt ja seit jahren, ich merk mir doch ned was ich vor jahren mal eingestellt hab mit noch anderem monitor und anderem rechner.... ihr merkts jedoch schon weil ihr euch jeden tag damit beschäftigt...
ich erst, wenn wos ned geht was rennt des rennt...

Aber wie @bahnuhr und ich schrieben, hatten wir auch bei der 2.x die volle Funktion in der Firewall.

analog dazu ist 2.x für die CCU2
2.61.7 war auch meine letzte Version
Mehr als die normalen Updates wurde da nie gemacht. wie gesagt, die ccu2 ist nur eine schnittstelle für mich für die grundgeräte. alles andere rennt im iob... und seit dem WE haben probleme angefangen.
Mittlerweile schiebe ich das Problem schon fast auf die CCU, da selbst direkt programierte aktoren und taster trotz neustart der ccu ein delay von 3-5 sekunden haben... also ich drücke den taster und erst 5 sekunden später schaltet der aktor. Und das spielt sich nur innerhalb der CCU ab, ohne iob noch dabei...
es wurde aber nix verändert....
ich vermute die ccu stirbt mir...
werd mich heut noch einlesen betreff ccu und pi...

wenn dein Browser da auf einmal 1/4 des Bildschirm nicht mehr nutzt, macht man sich doch Gedanken!
Wenn ich nicht weiß das da was stehen sollt, nee... eigentlich nicht... ist ein 32" wo normal mehrere fenster geöffnet sind, da ist dann nix frei..

fang mal mit einem kleineren Fenster an, das hilft schon mal zumindest für die Screenshots
in 1920x1080 funktioniert die ansicht einwandfrei... grösser, nimmer... dann wird das auswahlfenster beschnitten nur das weiss man eben nicht
