Iobroker.js-controller lässt sich nicht installieren

Hallo
ich habe nach meinen Fehler node 9.x zu installieren jetzt 6.12.0 laufen.
Leider kann ich iobroker.js-controller mit folgendem Fehler noch immer nicht installieren.
hat jemand eine Idee was ich noch versuchen kann?

Danke für die Hilfe.
Ich habe npm von Hand gelöscht und nochmal alles neu installiert.
Mittlerweile funktioniert endlich wieder alles.
Musste aber von vorne anfangen und ioBroker neu installieren.
Zum Glück hatte ich ein aktuelles Backup
