Was der Adapter liefert

Druck: Zustand (lädt, heizt, druckt, pausiert, fertig …), Fortschritt, Restzeit, Schicht, Filamentmenge

anycubic-cloud-api
(GPL-3). Ändert Anycubic etwas, kann es brechen.

Cloud-Modus nötig – im reinen LAN-/Offline-Modus geht es nicht.

Kein Kamerabild – die Cloud liefert keine Einzelbilder.

Keine Steuerung (Pause/Fortsetzen …)

iobroker.anycubic-cloud
eintragen. Oder per Kommandozeile:

iobroker url iobroker.anycubic-cloud

iobroker url iobroker.anycubic-cloud@0.3.3
– Instanz und Token bleiben erhalten.

Token

Hi everyone! 👋

There was no ioBroker adapter for my Kobra S1 with ACE 2 Pro, so I built one. It mirrors the printer via the Anycubic cloud and is deliberately read-only: it reads states but sends no commands to the printer. I'm now looking for testers – especially with other models, since so far I've only tested the Kobra S1.

Current state: version 0.3.3 on npm. The adapter has been submitted to the beta repository (latest) – until then, please install it as described below.

What the adapter provides

Print: state (downloading, heating, printing, paused, finished …), progress, remaining time, layer, filament amount

ACE: all slots with colour, material, SKU, remaining amount + dryer

Usage: filament per slot after each print, the last 30 prints as history

Also: temperatures, fans, plain-text status, reconnect with backoff, token expiry warning, runs in compact mode

Since 0.3.0 all states have English IDs (e.g.
status
,
job.progress
,
temperature.nozzle
), the object names are available in all ioBroker languages.

Please read first

⚠️ Unofficial & at your own risk. There is no public API from Anycubic; the adapter uses the same path as the slicer and for that reads credentials/certificates at runtime from the
anycubic-cloud-api
project (GPL-3). If Anycubic changes something, it may break.

Cloud mode required – it does not work in pure LAN/offline mode.

No camera image – the cloud provides no still images.

No control (pause/resume …) – would be feasible, deliberately not included yet; for control the slicer/app is the more sensible way anyway.

Installation

Requirements: Node.js 22.18 or newer, js-controller 6.0.11 or newer, Admin 7.6.20 or newer.

In the admin in expert mode, go to Adapters, click the cat icon, tab "Custom" and enter
iobroker.anycubic-cloud
. Or on the command line:

iobroker url iobroker.anycubic-cloud

Please do not install from the GitHub link: the adapter is written in TypeScript and the repository only contains the source. The installation succeeds, but the instance will not start.

Update: the same with a version number, e.g.
iobroker url iobroker.anycubic-cloud@0.3.3
– instance and token are kept.

Token

You need the access token from Anycubic Slicer Next once (~90 days valid). The Windows helper script (
tools/get-token.ps1
, on GitHub only, not in the npm package) extracts the token from the slicer configuration or a dump file you create and puts it on the clipboard – it only reads files. Step by step in the README.
