Ich vermute einen Adapter, der nicht COMPACT sein darf.

Ich warte auf den nächsten Neustart. Dann poste ich das Log davon.

in den systemlog sieht man manchmal auch andere dinge.
wie bspw oom
über die uhrzeit lassen sich die stellen ja relativ gut finden.
wenn du alles für dich bereits ausschließt ohne zu schauen, wie sollen ich (wir) da dann noch helfen können
du scheinst aber für dich ja bereits das problem eingegrenzt zu haben.

ich sehe auch kein iobroker log was du mitgesendet hast oder iob diag wo man dann mal schauen kann. also wo der zeitpunkt des restarts ersichtlich ist, mit einigen sekunden davor und danach.
dann ist es jetzt raten.

weil ich vorher ein reboot gemacht habe, wegen den schxxxx Maxcul.
...und ein reboot ist auch mal gesund, gerade wenn Systemupgrades gemacht wurden. Denn dann greifen erst die Erneuerungen richtig.

Das Betriebssystem ist schon vor Monaten aufgesetzt worden. Allerdings pflege ich das System regelmäßig. Spannungsversorgung schließe ich aus. Zudem hängt eine USV davor. Wenn es an der Spannungsversorgung liegen würde, dann hätte ich sporadische Ausfälle und nicht Min. genau nach einer Stunde.

Das sind nur Momentaufnahmen.
Wahrscheinlich direkt nach dem Neustart.
Als zusätzlichen Grund, zu den Hardware basierten, könnte auch ein Memory leak in den Skripten des JavaScript Adapters sein.
Dass passiert wenn man bspw ineinander verschachtelte settimeout setinterval hat die nicht ordentlich aufgeräumt werden.

Zum überwachen gibt es in der Experten Einstellung unter objects unterhalb des System Datenpunkt diverse ram datenpunkte. Wenn man die historisiert kann man auch nach einem Neustart schauen woran es lag oder auch ausschließen.
Außerdem kann man noch in den Betriebssystem Logs (also nicht Iobroker log) zum betreffenden Zeitpunkt schauen was da passiert ist zumindest aus Sicht des Betriebssystems
