Hi everyone,

I’d like to present my new adapter for integrating Leapmotor electric vehicles into ioBroker.

What it does

🔋 Vehicle status every 1–60 minutes (SOC, range, temperature, tire pressure, GPS, doors, windows)

🌡️ Remote control: climate (heat/cool/vent), lock/unlock, windows, trunk, find vehicle

📊 Consumption statistics with weekly history

🖼️ Dynamic vehicle dashboard (composite HTML widget for VIS)

🔄 Automatic token refresh

💾 Picture cache (vehicle images downloaded once, stored locally)

Tested vehicles

Leapmotor T03 ✅

Other models (C10, C11 etc.) may work but are untested.

Installation

iobroker url https://github.com/backfisch88/ioBroker.leapmotor

Important note

Please use a dedicated second account for the adapter (not your main account).
The adapter maintains a permanent cloud session which conflicts with the Leapmotor app if the same account is used simultaneously.

Setup: In the Leapmotor app → Personal Center → My Vehicle → [Vehicle Name] → Shared Members → Add Shared Member → grant all rights to the second account.

Links

🐙 GitHub: https://github.com/backfisch88/ioBroker.leapmotor

📦 npm: https://www.npmjs.com/package/iobroker.leapmotor

Feedback welcome!

This is my first ioBroker adapter. I’d love to hear feedback, especially from owners of other Leapmotor models (C10, C11, C01 etc.) to confirm compatibility.

Thanks!
Henrik (backfisch88)

Installation via npm works perfectly:

iobroker url iobroker.leapmotor

The adapter is published on npm: https://www.npmjs.com/package/iobroker.leapmotor

I have already prepared the PR for inclusion in the official ioBroker repository and will submit it as soon as all requirements are met (npm collaborator confirmation still pending).

If the adapter is published at npm, feel free to install it from npm, i.e. using iobroker url iobroker.leapmotor

Direct installation of GitHub—especially on production systems—is explicitly discouraged.

GitHub versions can change at any time (even at short notice) and may be inconsistent and faulty. Version information from GitHub installations is meaningless, as the version number, at least when using the standard environment, is only updated during the release process.

At the developer's explicit request, a GitHub installation can be performed for troubleshooting or testing new functionality—albeit with the increased risk.

Adapters that can only be installed via GitHub or npm (i.e., NOT from either of these repositories) should be treated with extreme caution. In such cases, the developer should be asked to request inclusion in the repositories, for example, by creating an issue in the adapter repository.
