<![CDATA[VIS: Connecting to Server auf Android]]>Moin zusammen,

seit einer Weile habe ich das Problem, dass auf meinen Tablets an der Wand die VIS nicht mehr richtig läd.
Sie bleibt oft einfach bei "Connecting to Server" hängen.

Ich habe bereits folgendes gemacht:

  • Android App Cache entfernt
  • Android App zurückgesetzt
  • Nur Websockets im Adapter eingeschaltet
  • Alle Energiesparmodie via ADB auf Android deaktiviert
  • Chrome Browser anstatt Wallpanel verwendet

Langsam gehen mir die Ideen aus. Das ganze hat vorher über Jahre problemlos funktioniert. Da ich das Problem auf drei Geräten habe vermute ich hier einen Fehler auf der Serverseite bzw in meinen Settings.

Wie @Homoran schon schrieb. Das ist ne Kiste für sich.
Ich habe auch lange rumprobiert und meine VIS läuft über die App und verschiedenen Adapter Versionen von Web (3.2.3) und Socket (3.1.4).
Und solange das läuft, fasse ich das nicht an :)

Haste was upgedatet oder in den Einstellungen geändert, was mit VIS und Browser zu tun haben könnte?

Für den web.1 (der das Problem hat) ist der Puffer bereits an.
Die IP hab ich nur bei den Adaptern gebunden, wo nur aus diesem Kreis drauf zugegriffen wird. Ich hatte die allerdings schon auf alle, jedoch ohne Änderung

Mach mal nen Haken bei Puffer im web Adapter.

Mithilfe dieser Checkbox aktiviert man die Puffer für die Web-Seiten. Die Option puffert alle angefragten Seiten in RAM und muss nicht jedes mal DB abfragen. Nachteil: es wird mehr RAM Speicher benutzt und die Änderungen von Web-Seiten erscheinen nur nach Web-Adapter restart. Vorteil: die Seiten werden schneller geladen.

Und muss die IP gebunden sein?
Ansonsten würde ich , wie im socket.io vorschlagen, auf alle IP zu hören.

Ich brauche mehrere Adapter für verschiedene Zugriffe.
web.1 z.b. hat die Whitelist aktiviert für die Kiosk Geräte. Das muss ich machen, da dies sonst mit der Auth kollidiert und dann nicht mehr funktioniert.

Muss ich die Adapter dafür installiert haben? Die hab ich nicht drauf.

Mehrere Fragen, wieso hast du mindestens 2 Instanzen vom Web Adapter?
Und wie lauten die weiteren Einstellungen von Simple api und socket.io Adapter?
