<![CDATA[MotionEye Performancebedarf]]>Hallo zusammen,

ich möchte mindestens 4 Hikvision Kameras in MotionEye einbinden. Die passende Hardware muss ich erst noch kaufen.
Kann ich auf einem Pi 4 mit 4GB MotionEye, IOBroker und PiVCCU3 laufen lassen?
Oder brauche ich dafür etwas performanteres?
Wie kann ich meinem Leistungsbedarf abschätzen?

und läuft auch soweit d.h. Grundeinstellung, kein Live und keine Bewegung aktiviert.
Nach ca. 24 Stunden geht die Last der CPU auf 98%, was macht das Teil obwohl nichts aktiviert?

Arbeitsspeicher hab ich 1GiB, Bootdisk 45GiB gewählt(3Cam´s), ich lass die Daten 24Std gespeichert, da täglich die Daten zusätzlich auf ne separate Platte per FTP versendet werden

Habe ebenfalls einen Nuc und Proxmox. Nun bin ich in einer ähnlichen Situation wie @Bratwurst und möchte eine Cam wie MotionEye einbinden.

Bißchen off-Topic, aber wie bekomme ich MotionEye auf Proxmox installiert? Um das hier nicht zu kapern würde ich mich auch über eine PM freuen! :)

Inwiefern Himmelfahrtskommando?
Prozessorlast ist bei mir so gut wie nichts

So pauschalisieren lässt sich das nicht, ich habe 5 Kameras und benötige 1 GB. Bei mir läuft das alles in einer VM von Proxmox.
Es kommt sehr darauf an was du für eine Video Auflösung und Frame Rate wählst da diese maßgeblich die Prozessorlast und den Arbeitsspeicherverbrauch beeinflussen.
